Placed order last week for some blades 24 hour next day delivery. The next day checked tracking and they hadnt even been given to rm nor had they left for the mail depot. Contacted and politely asked for refund of postage as paul breached his contract with me. Nuzzo very rudely only refunded £1 postage was £5.99. Nuzzo then repeatedly refused to refund the full postage amount. I found nuzzo quite insolent and rude in his tone and unwillingness to resolve matter promptly.
It has also come to my attention this company appears to be supporting russia by continuing to sell products made in russia despite the uk government citing its illegal
“importing many goods from Russia into the UK is illegal due to extensive sanctions, including bans on oil, gas, iron, steel, and luxury items”
i specifically paid for 24 hour delivery this did not happen this was not an upgrade. Breach of contract. It did not appear state on the website that it wasnt guaranteed at the time of purchase but by miracle appeared after i had complained!
All nuzzo had to do was to refund the £5.99 paid for 24 hour delivery, a service i paid specifically for and didnt receive, but he decided not to do this.
Any dates on a box is when they were manufactured not when they were purchased. Sadly nuzzo is still appearing to be actively promoting Russian goods on his website, and i,put it to him that this was not evident last week.
Evidence nuzzo did not state that the t24 service was not guaranteed and should be 1-2 days. He states below he needs to change the text. Thus the website was misleading at the time of purchase.
“Thanks for the order, I've just refunded you the £1 T24 upgrade. I need to change the text on that, as the normal none age verified text should say 1-2 days as Royal Mail T24, despite the name, is not a guaranteed next day service, especially at this time of the year, and more so to NI.”
