Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is 30 days of receipt of your order. If you need to return an item it must be returned in new, sealed and unused condition, and in the original packaging. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product or on the box. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Faulty items – if your item has developed a fault, then please contact us. We will need your order number to assist you, and we may need to contact the manufacturer. In this case, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund of the item, depending on the individual circumstances. Photographic evidence may be required.
How to return an item
In order to return your item, please contact us and we will begin our returns process. Please include information such as: your name, your order number, and why you wish to return the item.
Change of Mind:- All items returned under conditions above, are eligible for a free refund, but return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
Faulty Items:- A full refund will be given, including your returned postage cost.
Typically refunds will be processed between 1-2 business days after the item has been received by us. If you choose a refund rather than a replacement of the item, please allow a suitable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as the time frame varies between payment providers.
In the case of an international return, return shipping charges must be covered by the customer, and we strongly reccommend that you return any items to us using a ‘Signed For’ or ‘Tracked’ method of postage as we cannot be held responsible for anything that goes missing.
